    We seem to have a similar problem with our instance.
    We noticed 2 things:

    1. Previous authentication attempts will cause unidentified problems even if keys, credentials, the app and its scopes are set correctly. The only solution is to use the delete all settings button (the delete cache button doesn’t do anything in regard to solving the problem). Once the settings are deleted and then set again we are able to authenticated successfully.

    2. This is the most troublesome. We are not sure yet but it seems that the system is unable to stay authenticated for more than a week. For the past 3 weeks, since we switched to the SSO system, our Pardot forms stopped working. Every single time we went to check the settings we realized that the plugin wasn’t authenticated anymore. So every week, we have been deleting settings (see point nr. 1), punching them in again and reauthenticating the user designated for the integration.

    What is going on?
    How do we debug this problem to see if there’s anything we can do on our end?
