Thanks for your quick response via email, I really appreciate it.
But there aren’t any drop downs, there are so socials listed at all under that section. It says drag and drop but there isn’t anything to drag or drop. When I click on ‘add new social profile’ it just takes me back to the main menu customisation menu.

It works fine in the footer widget menu – there are loads of boxes for me to type in the links – but not in the customise theme/theme options/social section.
I have read the document and my options don’t look the same as the screen shots shown.
Can you please help at all?

(Hi @shireenasmYou have to click on the dropdown option on the Social Profile to display the options of changing the name, adding the link, and removing the profile altogether. You can see this screenshot for more reference: https://prnt.sc/ungo1v
