I even replaced the plugin files with new ones.
it was working fine but it was broken suddenly!

I tried to use
[events_list scope=”past”]<p>#_EVENTLINK happened at #_LOCATIONLINK on #_EVENTDATES at #_EVENTTIMES</p>[/events_list]
in the Default event list format but nothing appeared!
