Alas, that doesn’t work because the URL is still considered to be relative and the page it then tries to open is:

I have changed the HTML to read:
Excellent theme "Shapla" by Sayful Islam
Because without the " the quotes appear as ‘escaped’. Anyway, the problem is that the HTML is relative.
