SSL images are now supported!
If you are not seeing them yet, please de-activate the widget from the “Installed Plugins” section of your WP-Admin, then click “delete” to remove the widget and clear any settings.
Once done, you can then install the widget once again from the Plugins menu. Once installed, you should now see the updated imagery.

This is on our list of changes we would like to have made, but unfortunately, as you correctly say, currently we are not able to control this and we are only able to have the images as they are.

It sounds as though you used the WordPress plugins section to first deactivate and then delete the widget, and then you installed the widget from scratch. If that is correct, then as part of this process you should have received an email, but it may be that your email provider has stopped the email coming through.
If I could ask you to go to the Shopbop page on your WordPress blog again, then you should be able to re-enter your email, and this time could I ask you to try an email from another provider e.g. maybe a gmail or hotmail address.
If that still does not work then if you could provide your blog url then I can look to see what activity our systems have detected.

You can now upgrade to the 2.0.2 widget to get these two issues fixed.
Please remember to re-accept the EULA once you have upgraded – otherwise the widget will not appear on your blog.

In reply to: [Shopbop Widget] Plugin Not Appearing with Latest WordPress 4.3 UpdateWe’ve released a 2.0.1 version which circumvents the WordPress issue – not ideal I know, but unfortunately it may have been several weeks before WordPress released their new version with their fix in.
We’ve thoroughly tested this new version, but do let us know if you have any issues.

Unfortunately there is a problem in WordPress 4.3 which we’ve been told will be fixed in 4.3.1. We have not yet heard a date from WordPress as to when that will be released and so we are currently considering the best next steps. I will add to this ticket when I have any further concrete information.
