It is possible that one (or possibly more) have a conflict with the SIP Reviews Shortcode plugin and that causes the “Load More” button to not work in the actual page but not in the page editor in the WP admin backend.
What I suggest is turning off your other plugins one by one and do a test each time to see which one causes the conflict.
I hope that helps in resolving your problem.

may be your site is using FontAwesome 4 and our plugin have FontAwesome 5.
