We’ve already tested this with the Flatsome theme on our side and didn’t find any issues there. To help us investigate your specific setup properly, could you please contact us through our Contact Page? If possible, providing staging site access would be very helpful, as it will allow us to check your configuration in more detail and identify what might be causing this behavior.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.We noticed your concern regarding the Black Friday promotional banner, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The banner dismissal was not functioning correctly, and because of that, it kept reappearing even after being dismissed. Once we identified the issue, our team immediately removed the Black Friday promotional banner and released a new version of the plugin with the fix.
Please update the plugin to the latest version, and you will no longer see this banner.
If the issue is now resolved on your end, we would really appreciate it if you could consider updating or revising your 1-star review. Early negative reviews can significantly impact a new plugin, and your updated feedback would greatly help us.
