Thank you for this. I updated my wordpress, which got the premium content past the error. However, even I make a PDF export, none of my pictures are exported with the posts. Just a red X where the picture should be. My posts are all public.

Got it working again. Turns out that the issue was my wordpress installation being located in a subdirectory of my server. But the .htaccess file redirecting visitors (from the base directory) to that wordpress directory was deleted.
