Jason many thanks for prompt reply. To answer your questions:
1. Yes the theme css was working perfectly with IE8 and was loading at an adequate speed.
2. Thats a fantastic website many thanks for sharing, already identified a few issues easily corrected.

Further information the output array is showing:

Hi there,
many thanks for the advice. Didnt relaise those errors had crept in. I have corrected all HTML issues, The problen still remains and any futher advice to fix this problem greatly appreciated.
