Aaaaand, the latest update just fixed this. 🙂

It’s weird. It wasn’t working then without doing anything it started working.
Then it stopped without making any changes and then I went to edit it and switch the view from “Text” to “Visual” clicked Update, and it started working again.
Very confused, but happy to see it’s working.
That’s what I just did and it’s working again, with the previous version of the plugin though. I’ll update when this issue is resolved.
For those wanting to go back to the last version, you can download it here (version 3.10.13) – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/adrotate/download/ Then upload it.
I used “Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades” to quickly upgrade it. Pretty sure that’s not necessary, but just wanted to post exactly what I did.
Everything is working as it was now.
