little bit more info

Video url is as below:
/wp-content/uploads/video-gallery/YES-program/senator-lugar-talks-yes-program.mp4

Then upload the thumbnail image as below:
/wp-content/uploads/video-gallery/YES-program/thumbs/thumbs_senator-lugar-talks-yes-program.png

I can see the preview image on the Manage Video Gallery but not on the post..

I need to clarify that after form is successfully submitted, it disappears only the text message comes up on screen.

I forgot to mention that I’m using PRO version..
