Solved. Had to give the user access to Elementor in Elementor Role manager.
On Github Elementor solved it with version 3.27.1
Problem still exist in version 3.28.2
I don’t want users to use the classic editor. Thats not the solution I want from Elementor!!!
Just keep it activited then.
Can’t do any harm. I hardly can believe that this plugin breaks down your site.
Maybe better/more compressed.
