I have the same issue on 2 of my sites, but am not running multisite.
For each post that contains an image, this appears. And in posts with multiple images, it appears multiple times:

Would like to add that when I go to Gallery > Gallery Settings, I get the following error 14 times and nothing in the drop-downs:
