thanks for your answer.
Yes, it was a theme-conflict. But by updating the theme unfortunatly occoured other problems, we are still struggling with.

Another point: The results send per email aren’t user-friendly or we didn’t find yet how to. There is no possibility to mark, whether the given answer was right or wrong.
