Thanks, that does get infinite scrolling working, but when the next set of posts are loaded their positioning is completely wrong; they overlap the posts that were already up. Is that the item selector or something else?

I haven’t manually changed any of the files associated with this plugin, but I went to and overwrote the leaflet-geojson.php file with the original I had downloaded anyway. Didn’t make a difference unfortunately. Maybe there’s something in my theme that’s causing that break? I’m using a custom one.
