Agreed 100%. Looks like my domain has been blacklisted and it’s the IP address of the server where our website is hosted. Bluehost has been a pain in recent times and their support really doesn’t go anywhere. Hopefully this problem will be taken care of soon. Thank you for pointing it out.

Good Morning Elvira,
I tried the suggested toggling of the Apple Privacy Settings. That didn’t work as well. The images still show up as blank boxes with texts on the iOS mail app and there is no option to load the images on the mail app. This is the only platform where we are having this issue and if MailPoet can’t figure out a solution, then we need to find another platform that will.

VGood Morning,
The iOS Mail app is the only app that seems to have this problem. These are images that I have added to the email campaign separately, including the logo, not the background image. As far as server/CDN configuration goes, I have hotlink protection disabled and all my images are hosted on the server where my website is hosted. There is no CDN integration yet. All images are .JPG or .PNG. Any other solution?
Warmly,
V
