  • I stand by my opinion that integration is not a claim they make and is something the theme developer needs to take care of and still stand I think it’s unfair to blame that to PeepSo.

I was planning on writing a review and noticed your review posted just now.

Just wanted to give my honest reaction as someone who has been using PeepSo since the beginning now.

I agree the free plugins look great, not going to deny that.
Started out the same way as you, with the free plugins.

Never felt it as marketing bait. If a good product convinces you, there is the demo site with all premium features. Tried that one and decided to get the Ultimate bundle.

With all add-ons that came out during the years, I can get it might be overwhelming for some people, but there is documentation about everything and the support and community are fast in helping out when needed 🙂

About the integration, there is compatibility with almost every theme. Compatibility and integration are two different things and I need to disagree in your assumption it’s only to push there own product and another cost. It’s up to the developers of themes to have integrations, just like they do for WooCommerce and BBPress to name a few of the more popular and bigger plugins out there.

I’ve been using several themes myself before Gecko (PeepSo theme) and have never had problems with PeepSo being incompatible. Integration was a missing thing no theme developer I contacted wanted to start on. So I’m so glad PeepSo decided to make one already, as it wasn’t planned for upcoming year, but people were asking for it.

So I disagree PeepSo using bait and being trapped with unusable plugins though and I think it’s not fair towards PeepSo and its team to use such heavy words. I totally respect it wasn’t the solution you needed and hope you find the solution you are looking for 🙂
