My bad. My pesky day job distracted me for over a week. Yes, I would like to post again because the problem isn’t solved. It doesn’t seem to be Metaslider specific. It seems to occur with several plugins. I’ve looked at other discussion boards. Other people started experiencing this timing issue when they upgraded from WordPress 6.7, so I’m not sure what to do. Should I step down to 6.7?

Thanks for the speedy reply. When Metaslider is active, the notice remains at the top of the dashboard. When it is active, it seems the ability to activate other plugins is hampered.
When I deactivate Metaslider, the notice goes away. When I reactivate, the notice returns.
The PHP is 8.2.18
Thank you for the speedy reply! I’m on MetaSlider Version 3.100.1, the site is on WordPress 6.8.2 running on Divi 4.27.4

It looks very different. The theme I’m using is key to this site. There’s no CSS change I can add to fix this problem?
