  • Having the same concerns. Our site is currently also at 3.9.4, but the changelog for the free them on their site only goes up to 3.3.7, and their own troubleshooter claims the latest version is 3.6.0. Since there are no dates on anything and clearly the site isn’t being updated anymore, there’s no way to tell exactly how old 3.9.4 is. I think it might be best to move away from this theme, I think that’s what I’ll be telling my client to do.

    One reason this could likely happen is presence of any caching or optimization plugins. You may need to disable this completely or at least for the Cart page, and try out.

    As far as I’m aware there aren’t any caching plugins installed, but I will try disabling some plugins and see if that makes a difference.

    You may also want to check if the issue is local to your browser where you may have adblockers or privacy provisions that block cookies.

    I’ve tried it in Incognito mode in Chrome, and my Safari test should have been pretty neutral since I never use that browser and it has no extensions or ad-blockers installed.

    Which theme are you using? It could be a theme or plugin conflict (may be the theme was updated recently)

    We use Divi on all our sites, and thats been the theme in all the years the site has been running as far as I’m aware.

    Open the browser’s console and check if there’s any error there?

    I couldn’t find anything in devtools that looks out of the ordinary, and no errors are being printed to the console.
