Ignore above, resolved by deactivating Roles/Members plugin

I am also seeing a similar error, I can no longer see Salesforce as a selection under Entries. I have deleted and re-installed the plugin but same issue.
If I go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_salesforce I get You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
I can see Salesforce Add-on settings and chose API, then web-to lead then back to API but nothing triggers the salesforce feed settings.
Any help much appreciated.
