I talked to the developers of the website (I have the opportunity to be in the same building) and they said that there is something weird with the link.
However, they strongly recommended this link: https://portal.postnord.com/tracking/details/RR829747326SE
Since it’s newer, has more info, is faster and has support for both Swedish and English. Would you consider switching to that link instead?Best

I’ve figured it out, it doesn’t work in Safari, neither on the Mac or iPhone. Do you think it’s possible to tweak the link so that it’ll work? The majority of our users will read their email on their iOS-devices.

Sorry for not being clear, the link I’m getting is the following:
http://www.postnord.se/sv/verktyg/sok/Sidor/spara-brev-paket-och-pall.aspx?search=RR829747326SEAs you can see, if you click it, you’re redirected to the search page but the shipment id needs to be manually entered. This link is incorrect both from the admin panel but also from the emails that are sent out.

I understand, however that’s not what I tried to describe.
But it really doesn’t matter I can’t replicate it. However, now all links are broken.
If I tap the link in this picture (or the one in the order email):
(http://www.postnord.se/sv/verktyg/sok/Sidor/spara-brev-paket-och-pall.aspx?search=RR829747326SE)I’m directed to this page:
https://www.postnord.se/vara-verktyg/spara-brev-paket-och-pall#/As you can see, the tracking number is discarded and not entered in the search field
It should be this link: https://tracking.postnord.com/en/?id=RR829747326SE
