The ability to limit the number of bugs should be easy. I will see if I can implement this.
The other one is a bit more complicated, and goes a bit over the intention of this plugin. Maybe you could do something with this plugin: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/external-database-authentication/ But Single Sign On is a complex theme, be warned 😉
