hello, they suggested the access token was read only so we’ve now changed to read-write but it hasn’t made any difference. Can we just double check that this should provide a payment gateway like Stripe where customers can purchase a product and then pay using debit/credit cards as it just doesn’t seem to do what we need it to.
They have suggested i do it in test mode so I’ve signed up for the sandbox account. Created the access token, checked “test mode” and tried again but yet again there is nothing to display in the checkout. Surely it should show a place to enter card details etc or am I missing something with this plugin? We just want a simple payment gateway for the store and thought this plugin provided this through go cardless.

The error is on the page. It’s as if the payment gateway isn’t activated in woo commerce as nothing shows.
Please test the link yourself by getting to checkout and trying to add payment details
