This is the picture of my header. “Seputar Jantung” is my header, which is to far from the top and the bottom. I want to make it closer. That is what I want to change

I’ve copied and paste the CSS rule to the CSS editor. I do believe it should work, but it’s not. The font style and color still in it’s default. I don’t understand why?
