Have the same issue. I try to minimize JS on my site and now I have one with no use. I know it is added for new features like ad tracking etc but we need a simple option to opt-out.
been using Quickadsense for its simplicity, I really dont need new features. If an option to opt-out is coming in the next update then it would be great.
For now if any functions.php code can remove that JS it would be helpful

I have chosen the correct system Litespeed in the WAF firewall optimization center and also I have tried user.ini method a few times.
