@reedwanul yes i have used the elementor forms for now, as met form even after reinstalling and trying all the fixes didn’t work for me.

@faisalahammad no i dont have he same name for any pages or post, its just that i had a file named “terms and condition V3_1” and i have a new one with another name that is “terms and condtion” but it picks the previous name.

actually captcha is there already, but no other forms are there as such.
xmlrpc is disabled too, but the error is constant.
