Same problem here… it works fine with other plugins but not with this one 🙁
Well, thing is, wp-members allows you to customize the registration fields. So I always need that one activated to see if it works. I’ve disabled the rest of the plugins and the problem persists. I think it’s really something with wp-members, because only their fields are not saving the information.
I’m using Storefront and this is really the only thing at the moment that is not properly working. I can see the username and email that a user sets, but the rest is just not there at all. The fields on the user information appear all empty, it’s very weird
I would actually prefer not to? Since it’s still not a public website…
