but i was using the updated version. i took backup because everything was gone in the previous version, and this version didn’t delete them. it duplicate the zone though they were the same
Well, it’s not related to themes. The problem is from my end, not the customers. But I tried changing the theme, and the issue remains. which is expected.
its the plugin’s backend where the send message button doesn’t work. Is it just for show or anything?

It also happens for other variation swatches too. i am not submitting another issue for your favour.
the base variation should be count as 1 but upon selected the variation it starts count as 2.
for example, i select an away jersey for L size. it is one product; the price will be for one.
but it shows i chose 3 products and costing me for 3.
am i making sense? or there’s something wrong in the settings backend

when I choose 1 size from the variation, it would count as 2 items which should not happen. variations should not start counting from the first selection.
it should count from the second selection, for example if i select a M size the total price should not go up for the selection.
but the moment i start adding a L, 2 S, 1 XL; it should add this item for count.
in the current setting, it counts them 6 instead of 5 items. this is not how size variation works.

Is there any other way to collect emails through addons? like a traditional lead collector…??
i have further tested this issue. It seems the length of product name affect this quantity option. If i choose a short named product it was. otherwise it appears broken.
however, it should be optimized no matter what the size of product name.

While i was working with search function, i could only select the product by clicking on the tick box or the name. i would like to select them by clicking anywhere on the product row. It would be efficient for me.
i often click on the body of the row and become frustrated that i have to move the cursor to the left- on the tick box. kinda muscle memory stuff, i hope you get the idea.
