Hi,
Thank you for your quick response. I submitted a request to your site. The version I’m using is WordPress 6.9.1. I was using PHP 8.1, but I upgraded to 8.3. The wizard still works as expected. The GTM code entry field is still missing.Hello,
Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately, it didn’t help.
I tried this with every option, switching not only to Clarity. Each time, I completely cleared the cache. No result. And yes, I did deactivate the GTM4WP plugin beforehand.
I looked through the error_log and found the following two messages, which appeared approximately during the above steps.
PHP Warning: Undefined array key 2 in …/wp-content/plugins/complianz-gdpr/assets/vendor/mpdf/mpdf/src/Mpdf.php on line 12980

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Can Not Find GTM FieldI even deactivated the GTM4WP plugin, it disappeared from the list of active integrations in Wizard/Plugins, but the option to enter the GTM code in Wizard/Statistics configuration still did not appear.
The “Yes, and Google Tag Manager fires this script” option is enabled.- This reply was modified 3 months, 3 weeks ago by sip24.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Can Not Find GTM FieldHello,
I’ve also entered the GTM code multiple times, but now I don’t see the option. Furthermore, in Complianz → Integrations → Plugins, the Google Tag Manager for WordPress plugin is listed as OFF. In Complianz → Wizard → Plugins, the plugin is listed among active integrations. How can I fix this?Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Blocksy] Error during the Blocksy Companion updateHi,
The error does not repeat. It does not appear on the site in any way. Does it make sense to roll back the version and try to repeat the update?Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Blocksy] Error during the Blocksy Companion updateHi,
Sorry, I did not mention that I received this error when installing the update to version 2.1.12. There were no errors with previous updates.I have found some more log files named like
fatal-errors-2025-04-21-a3d8f2…………7ac6b.log
They full of the errors like this:
2025-04-19T22:08:19+00:00 CRITICAL Maximum execution time of 55 seconds exceeded CONTEXT: {“error”:{“type”:1,”file”:”/home…/…../public_html/wp-content/plugins/gotmls/images/index.php”,”line”:1075},”remote-logging”:true,”backtrace”:[{“file”:”/home../…./public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-woocommerce.php”,”line”:415,”function”:”critical”,”class”:”WC_Logger”,”type”:”->”},{“function”:”log_errors”,”class”:”WooCommerce”,”type”:”->”}]}The only remaining assumption is that you set this execution time in the plugin, to avoid freezing of the scan. Is it possible to increase it, and how to do it?
