I use Theme : Eduma Version: 5.4.4 and wordpress-6.5.2

I have updated LearnPress Version 4.2.6.5 and all plugins are the latest, but I still find that when I press the Certificate button, I still go to the Error 404 page and cannot download the certificate. What adjustments should I make? Please advise me. Thank you.

I’m using

WordPress Current version: 6.5

LearnPress Version 4.2.6.4 and

Theme: Eduma Version: 5.4.4
