In reply to: [XML Sitemap Generator for Google] Empty link in sitemapYes, it was fixed. I’m not sure how. I guess after I excluded some url from sitemap. But I can’t confirm that this way fixed the issue.
If you are using this plugin, in WP-admin just go in Settings > XML Sitemap Generator > Excluded Items section and list ID’s for pages that you want to exclude from sitemap.

1. I had around 100 links (with a subdomain in URL) in the sitemap.
2. I added additional links through the pluginthen I did upgrade:
1. 100 links was removed automatically from sitemap
2. additional links duplicates in different sitemap-externals.xmlForum: Plugins

1. I have a latest version 4.0.5 and specified Additional Pages under Plugin which placed on my subdomain. The plugin created duplicates sitemap-externals.xml files in the sitemap and in the same time I can’t see this files in google webmaster.
2. Also, I have more than 100 pages which were lost in sitemap after upgrade to 4.0.5. Most of these pages use subdomain.
