Noticed you also reached out in the support section. Here is our response for that topic: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/plugin-will-not-connect-with-my-bluehost-account
Regarding Bluehost we discussed that topic here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/plugin-will-not-connect-with-my-bluehost-account
For GoDaddy login issues would you be able to reach out to customer support ([email protected]) and provide more information such as your domain name? The connect process will only work for connecting to an account for the domain your plugin is installed.
This has been resolved in version 2.1.1.
This issue has been resolved with our most recent release.
As a SiteLock user, you can always connect your plugin to your SiteLock account if you know your SiteLock account credentials. Once you click on “Connect” you will be prompted with three options or which you would want to click on the first one, “Sign in with username and password”.
If your hosting provider has implemented a single-sign on page for you to use with SiteLock, then this requires an integration between your hosting provider and SiteLock. To see the list of providers you would click on the second option which is “Sign in with your hosting provider”.
We are in the process of completing this integration with several of our partners. We will update our login page when BlueHost is available as a federated login partner.
