Thank you. Just to add that my WooCommerce installs are not part of any vendor packages. But as you noted: “It’s also worth noting that if this error happens only during the upgrade and your site runs normally afterward (no fatal errors, store functions as expected), it can be safely ignored. This usually happens because some code is still being loaded from the previous version during the update, or due to temporary autoloading inconsistencies.”It seems to rectify itself after a few moments and the site seems to run normally. It’s just very odd to experience this problem now all of a sudden with the latest update.

I noted a reply from another user where they recommend updating WooCommerce last after all other updates.
I tested this process on another site and can confirm that no fatal error fired when I followed this process. Going forward, I will be sure to update Woo last to avoid this happening.
Explaining this to my clients has been an interesting experience. LOL.
