The issue have been resolved 🙂 the sub-folder (aka. child WP folder) (/xxx) permissions was “777”, while it should be “755”. The server (for security reasons) was refusing any connection to this folder.

Yes, it will be so helpful when you clone blogs, at least it could be something optional.
