I’m just getting a continuous syncing data with the cloud notification, which never completes.

Hi, the original error has gone, but I now get the following:

Aug 16 2024 09:38:14: Error occurred while checking account status. JSON_DECODE_ERROR
Aug 16 2024 09:38:14: Error occurred while Access key validating. Testing is failed. Please check the Access key.

I’ve double checked the Access Key and all is correct.
