I am having the same issue with a similar plugin I tried, also. I contacted my hosting service and they changed some settings relating to the firewall, but said they did not see anything else which should cause problems. After that, a few people were able to download, but there still seems to be an issue.

I’ve still been unable to get this plugin to allow others to download, so I’ve had to try a different plugin. As a result, the page I said I needed help with is no longer using this plugin for the download – just wanted to let you know in case you went to check it out.
I would still like any advice anyone might have for why it wasn’t working, though. Thank you!
