I too am having the same issue with the latest version: disable on mobile is checked, wordpress 4.9.4 and it’s still appearing on Safari/iPhone.

In reply to: [MaxButtons - Create buttons] Shortcode URL not working in ChromeOk, thanks. I find it strange that it works in Firefox, but not Chrome, which I suppose is just an issue with Chrome.
I’ll look at inserting the full URL instead of the shortcode, or a different option altogether.
