I just resolved this by deleting the original nextgen-gallery folder and reinstalling it. I was hesitant because I didn’t want to lose the existing galleries.
All is fine and the old galleries are intact.
Using FileManager, the nextgen-gallery directory still exists on the folder, but the plugin does not display in the Plugins area of WordPress, so I cannot delete, deactivate, or activate it. I tried to overwrite the directory with the most nextgen-gallery folder (downloaded this morning), but I receive the error:
Unable to connect to backend. HTTP error 400
Anyone with any suggestions? @mihaiimagely

Sure email is fine. What’s your address?
Thanks. I believe I increased the Main Image layout box as much as I can.
What is supposed to happen if someone clicks the main image? Should it open a browser tab or page with the image? It looks like each main image has a link attribute, but nothing happens when clicked.
Also, I can’t seem to widen the Product Name layout box. Even though I drag the box to make it wider, it still displays the content in a narrow text area, which causes the Product Name to display on multiple lines.
Also, regarding the custom CSS, are you referring to the Custom CSS text box that displays on the edit/details page of each catalogue? Could you provide me with a sample of such CSS that would enlarge the main photo?
Thanks.
Thanks. I understand your feedback. However, I was referring to the main image that displays on the product page (not the thumbnails that display in the side column of the catalog). Is it possible for the main image (i.e. the biggest one on on the product page) to link to an even bigger version so the user can see more detail in the image?
Regarding the light box in the premium version, do you have a sample I could see?
Many thanks.
I am not sure. I am using the Custom Contact Forms plugin, which provides a quick drag-and-drop no captcha recaptcha component. As I mentioned, it works fine all browsers on PCs, but the mechanism (checkbox or otherwise) does not display at all on mobile devices. I tested on multiple browsers in iPhone and iPad.
I just tested again from my iPhone’s default browser (Safari, I guess) and it still doesn’t work.
I’d love to include a screen shot, but there’s no option to do so.
Essentially, the Prove you are not a robot” text displays, but there is no checkbox. Without checking the box, I can’t submit the form.
