Anyone having the problem, I was able to resolve with information from this page here.

– Go to Plugins and make sure you have Elementor 3.6.1
– Go to Elementor – Tools – Regenerate CSS & Data (press button to regenerate) – MAKE SURE YOU click “Save Changes”

( I have no idea why installing these and having to do those steps helped but I spent hours trying to fix this and finally was able to load my widgets and other pages in the admin after doing this)

I never solved my problem. I think its related to an issue with a browser plugin on my IE9. I’m able to see it work on my laptop but not my desktop. So I’m just leaving it as it. what does a golf club have to do with this post?
