Yes Caimin in the recurring event page event can occur on different dates and different locations.for example miracle event can occur on 15aug 2014 @ place,29 sep@place2,30 dec @place3, Like this..

Thanks for the reply.it works.is there any other way for customizaton of event creation.is there any other way while creating the event can i give the user choice to create the event on multiple dates and multiple locations ?
