In my case, I found the problem. I blocked accesses to the REST API with wp cerber and only released a few via a white list. Among them, of course, wp statistics. But now I guess the namespace has changed from wpstatistics to wp-statistics as of v 13. I have now added wp-statistics to the whitelist and now wp statistics counts again with the latest version v13.0.7.
@leogc At least in my test environment, the new update to 13.0.6 did not bring any change. The changelog also does not indicate a corresponding fix. For me, no visit is tracked from version 13 onwards.

In reply to: [Hypermarket] Not fully compatible with WordPress 5.6Edit: And another month has passed. The plugin is still not compatible with WordPress 5.6. To establish compatibility the developer recommends the JQuery Migration plugin. This is to be tolerated at most as a very short-term workaround, but not as a permanent solution, as apparently intended by the developer. On the support page then also the support requests are now closed, so that no more annoying inquiries come. I reduce my rating to one star with this. The plugin and theme is a nogo for professional websites. Very unprofessional and unfriendly support.
Why is the problem actually marked as solved. As soon as I update to a version greater than 13, nothing is counted anymore. From my point of view nothing is solved here. On the contrary!
V13.0.5 is still broken.- This reply was modified 5 years, 4 months ago by skull77.
Does anyone know if there is a possibility to migrate to another plugin. This one is getting too stupid for me.
When will the problem finally be fixed? I can not update from 12.6.13 for weeks now. Using a plugin that is not up to date for so long is a nogo!
@leogc For me also the version 13.0.5 does not work together with fastest cache. It doesn’t count. I had to downgrade again. 🙁
