Thank you for the responce.
I realised that Ocean Extra was giving me problems, but I cannot turn it off, because I need it while building my webpage.
I’ve sorted out the issue already.
I went to Theme Panel > Scripts and Styles and found the script which is causing problems. I turned off “Scroll Effect” in JS, and everything back to normal

Hello @mplusb ,
I could not wait for the solution, so I removed Elementor from the page to make the testimonials shown.
But I still want to use Elementor on the page, I am just waiting when it will be fixed
