Based on our experience, this issue should not normally occur when the plugin is correctly set up. To help you verify the setup, please watch the step by step video available on the plugin page on ww.wp.xz.cn, as it shows the full activation and usage process.
Also, the screenshot you shared does not provide enough information for us to clearly understand the issue. Could you please send a few more screenshots showing:
The Icon Manager settings
The Elementor editor screen where icons are missingThis will help us investigate the issue more accurately and assist you faster.

Thank you for your kind words and for choosing our plugin.
I’ve checked the icons you mentioned.
Here’s what’s currently available in our plugin:
Available: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, JCB
Not available: After Pay, Zip Pay, Klarna, Google PayWe’ve noted the missing ones, and if we find them in the font icon set, we’ll add them in a future update.
However, we can’t provide an exact ETA at this time.

But we did not check with “Elementor Pro.”
