    Hi kirantmbi,

Please reach out [email protected] or your Customer Success representative with your site and API key. Most likely there is a mismatch with the API key.

    Hi!

Now they don’t show up at all. Again, the other image files show up immediated in s3, but the webp images don’t. Also, this used to work. Now I have to manually upload them to s3. Would love some ideas to help!

    Thanks!

Hi! And thanks for your help!

I dont believe anything I changed affected the behavior, but here is the information that I do know. It worked for a long time, then on Dec 10th of 2020, the ewww plugin stopped generating webp files. This was not noticed for a while, and in Jan or Feb, we just deactivated and reactivated the ewww plugin and it started generating the webp files again, but the w3 total cache plugin no longer copied them to s3 immediately, and the webp files are USUALLY copied to s3, but only after about 95 minutes (I have no idea why it is 95 minutes). Was there an update that occurred to the cache plugin in that time frame?
I have set up a copy of the site and it does not copy the webp files to the s3 bucket at all. I must be missing something in the configuration, but I will try to figure it out so I can see if the problem is the same there.

The Only Purge CDN Manually options is not checked.
