Sorry I just realized I needed the galleries in an album otherwise they would just default to the numbered order. I switched it up and updated the shortcode and its working now, thanks!
Hi, sorry for bumping up this old thread, but those instructions don’t work. I spent 20 minutes rearranging all of my galleries on the albums page like you said. However there’s no save button or anything. It does not save, if you go back its in the numbered order its always been in, which for me will display the oldest content first.
That fixed it, thanks so much!

This works, however I have a new issue now. The thumbnails don’t fully populate in every row. Please see the screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/c9bGFwJ.png
Seems like a CSS issue. Any ideas? Thanks!
