Is it possible to put this coding into a sidebar?
Ideally, I would be able to input the parent page, so that I could create two Text menus and then use Dynamic Widgets to specify which pages each sidebar would appear.

For anyone having this issue, the problem was with Cloudflare.
You have to disable the Rocketscript.
