In reply to: [Calculated Fields Form] Calculator not showing on public websitesHi,
I think I fixed it.
I also unchecked “Defer Render-blocking JS” on SG Optimizer.I tested it on my mobile and it loaded the calculator properly.
Thanks.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Calculated Fields Form] Calculator not showing on public websitesHi, Thanks for the reply.
When you say “be sure the jQuery is not managed by SG Optimizer”, do you mean that I should turn off “minify javascript files”? If so, I have done that.Currently, on SG Optimizer I have turned off both “minify favascript files” and “minify the html output”. While under setings for your plug-in I have “script load method” as direct and the box is checked that asks if there is an active optimization plug-in.
I love your plug-in and I have many visitors per day going to my web page featuring your calculator, but unfortunately they go onto the page and it is not there. The weird part is it works fine when I access the page live from my computer.
Anyway, I can’t imagine I’m the only one with SG Optimizer having issues, so if there is are more detailed instructions to get this problem fixed I would really appreciate it.
Thanks!
Thank you for the specific information @devnihil
It is too bad that the only thing different is my update to the latest Yoast update and now it doesn’t function properly.Seems like a lot of steps to take to undo the problem, but maybe because this isn’t something that I have to do typically.
Rather than all the steps, would it be beneficial if I simply delete the Yoast plug-in and then start again with it?
I have thought to do that but I was worried it would hurt all of my current pages (over 1,000) that incorporate Yoast. But then I thought I read somewhere that Yoast would keep my files so nothing would be lost upon deletion.
Thanks.
