I have had some information from someone on how to do this, so am exploring a number of plugins which will allow me to create a table containing the email addresses, a checkbox next to each routecard and then an extension to email the document to the relevant email address… it looks promising, but I am only just starting to explore this.

The exact scenario is this…
A friend runs a company where they do lots of deliveries and they have a fleet of drivers who need a specific route card, depending which route they are on that day. They also have temporary drivers and agency staff who may need the route cards.
Currently they spend ages sending the route cards to all the drivers individually – which takes a lot of time.
So, my idea was to upload the route cards into the media library and have a table with drivers names and then some tick boxes to show which driver should receive which route card.
That way in the morning someone just has to tick the box for the correct route card against each driver… then click “send” and have the system send the relevant route cards from the media library to each driver.
This is something I have never attempted before as it is for a friend… so am trying to find a solution.
Any ideas would be great 😉

Thanks for the feedback… it sounds as though it will be beyond my capabilities then… I, wrongly, thought Formidable would access tables from the back end SQL database. I will set up a dummy site and have a play when I get some time… thanks for your help.
