After doing some research to find where to change the code, I made the changes and it looks like everything is working. The time is displaying correctly. Thank you!
For anyone seeing this in the future to make the code change to the class-ecfg-custom-hooks.php file, in your WordPress Dashboard go to:
Plugins > Plugins File Editor on the left
The on the top right > Select plugin to edit: Select Events Calendar for Google from the drop down and press Select
Click on includes under Plugin Files
Then you will see the file class-ecfg-custom-hooks.php
