    I just want to say thank you for your help, everyone!

    The place lorro directed me to offered up a line of code that fixed my issue. Removing the pic altogether was the answer.

    What can I do to make the code accessible? Can I copy and paste it here? Which file would it be?

    (I talked to my husband about the theme and he swears he bought it from WordPress.)

    I made sure it is a “static” home page. I tried to add content, then clicked on preview changes, but I couldn’t see any changes. I wonder if my additions are behind the slide show…

    Also, when I click on Pages, and choose Home and that I want to edit it… it’s totally blank in the editing area. That seems weird… none of the other pages are like that.

    I just want to fix this silly little picture on the home page. Doesn’t seem like it should be this difficult.

    Thanks, Tara. I don’t know where the theme came from. I’ll ask the friend that that initially set this up.
